As part of our Central Resource Team, you’ll provide cover across services to ensure customers always receive the best support. You’ll join Laura on the Central Resource Team, who’s been with Home Group since 2022 and progressed from Support Coordinator through our training opportunities. She’s supported by Meghan, our Client Service Manager for Yorkshire, who also started as a Support Coordinator and is always available to help.
22.5 hours a week on a rota (with potential to increase to full time depending on demand), including evenings and weekends.
Travel and work across Yorkshire including Hull and Scunthorpe.
Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change. Where we ask you to be flexible, we will always try to reciprocate.
Some lone working, plus regular team meetings and training.
Confident using technology for support plans, learning, and collaboration.
Enhanced DBS required (we’ll cover the cost).
