Supply Teaching Assistants - Sleaford

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Daily Rate: 82.02 - 96.96 (Depending on Experience and role)
Job Type: Supply / Flexible

Are you looking for flexible work as a Teaching Assistant in the Sleaford area? Simply Education is always recruiting passionate and reliable Supply TAs to support local primary schools on a short-term, day-to-day, and long-term basis.

Whether you're experienced in education or looking to build your classroom skills, supply work is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience, maintain flexibility, and make a positive impact on children's learning.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-class support to pupils under the guidance of the class teacher
  • Support learning activities, small group work, and 1:1 interventions
  • Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and behaviour management
  • Work with children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths
  • Contribute to a safe, engaging and supportive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, voluntary)
