Supply Manager & Renewables Lead

Whether it’s biofuels, renewables or well-informed investment decisions—your strategic insights make the difference. Your biggest challenge is staying ahead in a sector that never stands still. You closely monitor global energy markets, translate trends into practical supply solutions, and help shape the sustainable strategies of tomorrow.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Supply Strategies: Design and oversee supply strategies for our global business units and joint ventures, fully aligned with our corporate objectives.
  • Champion Renewables: Lead internal Biofuels task forces, translating market insights into a powerful renewable's strategy.
  • Build Analytical Frameworks: Develop advanced models and tools to provide clear insights into market developments and future price trends.
  • Shape Investments and Partnerships: Support M&A initiatives, conduct investment analysis, and lead negotiations when required.
  • Drive Supply Excellence: Coach and develop a high-performing team of dedicated experts in Supply Coordination, Renewable Analytics, Policy and Projects.
Qualifications
  • Degree (preferably in supply chain management or engineering), and/or at least 8 years of experience in the oil and energy sector, including 5 years in supply.
  • Knowledgeable in biofuels and staying ahead of developments in the energy transition.
  • Ability to turn complex market analyses into clear, actionable advice.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and eye for economic drivers.
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in international environments and knows how to empower teams.
  • Previous experience with M&A projects or complex investment analysis is a strong plus.
