L3Harris in Bristol is our headquarters for our Maritime UK businesses which provides warship automation systems through control and simulation solutions that are in service on Albion Class Landing Platform Docks and Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers. More systems are being developed and delivered for Type 26 and Type 31 frigates. We have additional Maritime UK sites across Burgess Hill, Barrow‑In‑Furness and Portchester. Together we are powering the Royal Navy’s adoption of autonomous surface vehicle technology as well as delivering autonomous capability to UK ports, harbours and offshore energy service providers.
The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) for the Maritime UK business will apply their expertise in supply chain programme or product management to lead cross‑functional teams in developing resilient supply‑chain strategies and executing key programmes across MID partnership with functional leaders. The SCPM will implement tailored scalable practices to ensure successful execution from early engineering design through the full product and project lifecycle. A strong focus will be placed on risk and opportunity management to ensure high‑quality delivery.
The SCPM will be accountable for programme cost, schedule and compliance with internal policies and globally applicable regulations related to materials and subcontracts.
In this high‑impact role the SCPM will collaborate across departments and serve as a key interface between Supply Chain and Program / Product Offices, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also serve as a subject‑matter expert in supply‑chain and programmatic practices.
