The Supply Chain Programme Manager is the accountable owner for the supply‑chain contribution to assigned programmes, answerable to senior leadership for delivery to schedule, cost, and quality. The role governs planning and procurement deliverables (shortage management, supplier enablement, ERP/MRP integrity, ECR/ECO impacts), controls risk and assures readiness through industrial gates – to protect customer commitments and financial forecasts. Acts as the primary supply‑chain voice at programme reviews and senior forums, presenting performance, risks, and recovery with clear decision asks.

All duties relate to delivering on schedule, cost and quality, managing shortages, supplier risks and procurement deliverables in a programme context, interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers, and exercising financial awareness (budget, alignment, costs monitoring).

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5-8 years' experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or programme management in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of supply‑chain processes
  • Proven ability to manage shortages, supplier risks, and procurement deliverables in a programme context
  • Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers
  • Strong analytical and financial awareness (budget, alignment, costs monitoring)
  • Proven use of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel/BI capability
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP, PMP, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with Lean/CI, One Safran, or Industry 4.0 practices
  • Strong leadership presence; able to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority
  • Highly organised, able to balance tactical execution with strategic oversight
  • Analytical, data‑driven, and financially literate
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Resilient and adaptable in managing complex, fast‑paced programmes
  • Collaborative and team‑oriented, building trust across functions
