Overview

Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations—from procurement to delivery—ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and track purchase orders; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate transport between suppliers, warehouses, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, schedules, and inventory.
• Consolidate orders to improve transport efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance supply chain performance.
• Manage supplier and logistics partner relationships.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and respond to internal enquiries.
• Resolve logistics issues and escalate when needed.
• Monitor OTIF performance and drive corrective actions.
• Achieve KPIs aligned with supply chain scorecard.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years in logistics or supply chain coordination (flexible)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and ERP systems (Dynamics F&O preferred)
• Proficient in Excel and inventory management tools
• Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams under pressure
