Job summary

A leading retail company in Bristol is looking for an experienced supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion or beauty retail, be enthusiastic, and possess a strong sales drive. This role is full-time and may require weekend work initially for 4 weeks, possibly extending. Immediate availability is preferred.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor who is able to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets for a sort after retailer.

As a key holder for this established retailer you will be sales driven, commercial, enthusiastic and enjoy learning more about the product and customer needs.
You will be a self-starter and enjoy delivering a personal level of service, advising customers and sharing your brand knowledge.

To be considered for the role you will be experienced working within a fashion, accessories or beauty retail environment and be very motivated to sell the product.

This is a full time position that requires working some weekends. For 4 weeks initially but possibly will be extended.
