Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor for a Tamworth Services site, offering £27,707 per annum for a 40-hour week. You will lead shifts, act as a brand ambassador for M&S Simply Food, and maintain high standards of food safety and customer service by guiding a team in a busy, high-energy environment.

As a strong leader, you will drive continuous improvement, support the Store Manager, and contribute to a positive work culture with development opportunities and a generous benefits package including

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within one of the nation’s premium grab and go stores, offering M&S Simply Food’s handy range of high-quality food whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
