Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at Lymm Services to lead shifts and support the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and a high standard of service. You will be a strong brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer experiences in a busy motorway setting.

You will help develop teams, monitor performance, and foster a positive culture while upholding safety and quality standards. The role offers clear progression and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Supervisor - £27,700pa - 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
