Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Swansea is seeking a Supervisor earning £21,400 per annum for a 30-hour week. You’ll be the store’s strong right hand, leading shifts and helping to keep the unit running smoothly every day.

Deliver exceptional service, uphold food safety and safety standards, and act as a brand ambassador for Costa Coffee at Swansea Services. The role includes development opportunities, staff discounts, and a generous annual bonus to reward performance.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation's favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
