Moto Hospitality is seeking a Supervisor at Winchester Services, M3, Shroner Wood, Winchester SO21 1PP. You will support the Store Manager, lead shifts, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

What you will be doing as a Supervisor:

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods

• Monitor performance through key metrics and take action to drive continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
