Moto at Swansea Services is seeking a Supervisor to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager. This role is 30 hours per week with a salary of £21,400 per annum, working on site in Swansea.

You will lead shifts, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards across coffee and beverages. You will develop leadership, drive performance, and help maintain safety and compliance, with development opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
