Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at Tiverton Services to lead shifts and support the Store Manager in delivering excellent guest experiences. The role includes upholding safety and quality standards while driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will inspire the team, model brand values, and pursue development opportunities that prepare you for future management roles within the company. This is a full-time on-site position with a clear path to progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our Burger King restaurant, serving up flame grilled goodness and refreshments whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.
