Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Store Manager for M&S Simply Food at Toddington Services, Dunstable. You’ll lead a high-volume store, hit budgets, and develop your team to deliver memorable customer service at every visit.

You’ll drive brand standards, manage budgets, and run shifts end-to-end. The role offers progression and attractive benefits as part of our rest-stop transformation across the UK.

40hrs per week - £33,000 to £36,000pa

As Store Manager, you’ll know it’s about putting people first. You’ll turn every visit into a standout experience, running your store like it’s yours and building the winning culture we’re aiming for. At M&S Simply Food, you’ll lead the charge, getting your team fired up to deliver a memorable service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
