Contract: Full Time | Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated General Supervisor to join our team at HMP Rochester, a CATEGORY C/YOI & Male prison. Join a team that works Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven family, collaborating to create a safe and nurturing environment.

HMP Rochester runs like a self-contained town; it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning. As the Facilities Maintenance Team we are committed to driving smooth and safe operation. Everything we do impacts every prisoner, employee, visitor, and wider families and community.

Responsibilities
  • Support and supervise facilities management services in a correctional environment.

  • Previous recognised experience and supervisory skills in the facilities management service.
