Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of multi‑trade operatives to deliver efficient and high‑quality disrepair works.
  • Conduct pre‑inspections to diagnose disrepair issues and scope the necessary work.
  • Oversee all active disrepair cases, ensuring work is carried out to specifications and within agreed‑upon timescales.
  • Conduct post‑inspections to ensure a high‑quality finish and resident satisfaction.
  • Liaise directly with tenants, surveyors, and legal teams to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
  • Ensure all works comply with current housing legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on project progress, costs, and team performance.
