Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at the Hilton Park Services location near Wolverhampton. The role involves leading shifts, upholding safety and quality standards, and acting as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

You will be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, driving a positive culture, and supporting the team in busy periods. The position offers growth opportunities within the Costa/Moto network and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

Supervisor, £27,700 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
