Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor at Southwaite Services, M6, Broadfield Road, Carlisle. You’ll be the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and helping keep the unit running smoothly while delivering outstanding service for Costa Coffee at this rest stop location.

You will develop teams, uphold food safety and safety standards, and drive performance through metrics. This role offers flexible hours with part-time shifts and a clear path into management opportunities in a high-energy

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll bring to us:

Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service
