Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Supervisor at our Wolverhampton site. The role leads shifts, supports the Store Manager, and helps maintain service quality across Costa-branded outlets during busy periods.

You will role-model Costa values, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure safety and compliance while developing your management career within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams ideally within retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions.
• Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure.

• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring smooth operations during busy trading periods.

Supervisor, £27,700 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
