Job summary

Moto is seeking a Supervisor in Lancaster to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager, leading shifts and ensuring the unit runs smoothly every day.

The role involves delivering excellent service across coffee, tea and specialty beverages, while embodying the brand as a confident leader and ambassador within a cost-conscious, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service.
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Great communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work on own initiative and take reasoned decisions under pressure.

Supervisor, £27,707 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within the nation’s favourite coffee shop, serving coffee, tea and specialty beverages whilst delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
