WHSmith in Chippenham is recruiting a Supervisor to act as the strong right hand to the Store Manager. The role involves leading shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining safety and service standards across our WHSmith store at Leigh Delamere Services.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader, capable of driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting development opportunities within the management track.

Supervisor, £28,500 per annum, 40 hours per week

As a Supervisor, you'll be the strong right hand to your Store Manager, taking the lead when needed and helping to keep the unit running smoothly and successfully every day.

The role is simple, to be an enthusiastic leader and brand ambassador to work within our WHSmith retail store, replenishing shelves, overseeing our gaming areas and delivering exceptional service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.
