Job summary

Moto is seeking a Costa Store Manager to lead a high-volume Costa store in the UK. You will drive budget performance, develop a engaged team, and ensure exceptional Costa brand standards with outstanding customer service.

The role offers an annual bonus, on-site discounts for you and family, enhanced benefits, and clear progression to Site Operations Manager within a flexible working pattern.

Costa Store Manager – Lead the UK’s Rest Stop Revolution

40hrs per week - Upto £35,000 per annum
