Job summary

SSP is seeking a Supervisor at Bristol Temple Meads Station for Starbucks. This part-time role (20 hours) offers early morning to late-evening shifts with flexibility across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Lead a busy team, deliver great service and be part of a high-energy hospitality environment. You will open/close operations, supervise staff during peak times, and act as the point of contact for customer and team queries.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or shifts.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality or retail is essential.
• Willing to work flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping energy high and atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service and be the go-to person for queries.
• Monitor unit performance and champion improvements.

SUPERVISOR - BRISTOL TEMPLE MEADS STATION, STARBUCKS

Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour

We have Part Time(20hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:00am to 10:00p variable shifts working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU

• Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisor role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE

Previous experience managing/leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail essential, Starbucks experience preferred.
