Job summary

SSP Deutschland GmbH invites applications for a Supervisor role at Starbucks, Leeds Bradford Airport, where you will lead busy shifts, open/close daily operations, and ensure outstanding service across popular brands.

The position pays £13.75 per hour, with a £1.50 per hour night incentive for hours between midnight and 6 am, bringing the rate to £15.25 per hour. 18+ with references and criminal record check required. Experience in a busy coffee shop is preferred.

SUPERVISOR – STARBUCKS, LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

Pay Rate: Rate of pay is £13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Hours of operation are 2am to 11pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
• Experience working in busy coffee shop is desired
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality/coffee shop is ideal and/or and if you’ve tackled night shifts before, even better!
