Job summary

SSP is hiring a Supervisor at Bedford Station (Starbucks) to lead daily operations and a busy team. The role requires taking ownership of opening and closing, guiding staff through shifts, and ensuring excellent customer service across every interaction.

We foster a fast-paced environment with development opportunities. Pay is £13.61 per hour, with 30-hour full-time roles available and flexible weekday/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Ability to open/close and manage daily operations.

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour

We have Full Time(30hrs)roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:00am to 7:30pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
