SSP Deutschland GmbH in Manchester is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy bar/restaurant team, opening, closing, and running daily operations with energy and enthusiasm.

You’ll shine on busy shifts, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while solving problems on the fly. Applicants should have hospitality experience, be 18+, and provide 5 years of references and a criminal record check.

Job description

Rate of pay is£13.75 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.50 per hourfor hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to£15.25 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
• Experience working in busy bar/restaurant is desired.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results-focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality/restaurant is ideal and/or and if you’ve tackled night shifts before, even better!
