Job summary

SSP Deutschland GmbH in the UK is seeking a Supervisor to lead busy bar and restaurant teams across premium brands, with flexible hours from early morning to late evening.

You will manage opening/closing, drive guest service, and develop staff. The role offers night-shift incentives (£1.50 extra per hour on midnight-6am) and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy hospitality or restaurant.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18+ for certain shifts.
• Experience working in busy bar/restaurant is desired.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the venue and manage daily operations.
• Lead shifts and maintain high energy and a positive atmosphere.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address queries from customers and staff.
• Monitor unit performance and drive improvements.

Rate of pay is£13.75 per hour+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra£1.50 per hourfor hours worked betweenmidnightand6am,bringing your rate of pay to£15.25 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3am to 11pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
• Experience working in busy bar/restaurant is desired.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results-focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality/restaurant is ideal and/or and if you’ve tackled night shifts before, even better!
