Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland in Manchester Victoria Station is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a busy Starbucks team across early to late shifts, opening and closing duties, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

SUPERVISOR – MANCHESTER VICTORIA STATION, STARBUCKS

Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour.

We have Part Time (16hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 6am to 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You

• Due to some responsibilities within theSupervisor role, applicants willneed to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

About The Supervisor Role

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
• Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
• Results focussed, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
• Previous experience leading a team in busy Hospitality or Retail is ideal. Previous Starbucks or cafe experience also required
