SSP is hiring a Supervisor for Starbucks at Forth Valley Hospital. The role involves leading a fast-paced team, managing opening and closing duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The position requires the ability to work early shifts, with a pay rate of £13.75 per hour plus £1.50 night premium (up to £15.25 per hour). SUPERVISOR - STARBUCKS, Forth Valley Hospital

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Shift Pattern: Permanent Full-Time opportunity Shifts scheduled between 5am - 10pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Supervisor role, applicants need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Candidates must be available to work from 5am.
• Previous experience leading a team is essential

• Previous experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail environment is ideal!
