The Dial Arch in Woolwich is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations, uphold high service standards and keep guests happy in a busy, welcoming pub.

You will train team members, manage shifts, and act as key holder to ensure safety and smooth running. We offer career pathways, weekly pay and generous holiday.

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
