Job summary

Bow Street Tavern is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for our Covent Garden venue. You will lead daily shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and mentor a diverse team across five floors in a historic setting.

You'll train staff, uphold standards of service, manage key-holder duties, and support a fun, vibrant pub atmosphere while driving continuous improvement and career development.

A newly refurbished pub in Covent Garden, steeped in connections to the legendary Bow Street Runners, London’s first police force, this iconic venue, dating back to 1763, offers the perfect setting for all kinds of celebrations!
A fun, vibrant and traditional pub over 5 floors, with private dinings spaces, a rooftop bar, karaoke and live sports!

What we look for in a Supervisor:

As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
