Job summary

The Crooked Billet in Wimbledon is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy hospitality team. You will lead shifts safely and effectively, build rapport with customers and colleagues, and help deliver our premium British seasonal menu with pride.

You will train our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight customers, develop staff, and uphold high standards. We offer career development, weekly pay, and a generous holiday entitlement.

Supervisor

The Crooked Billet, Wimbledon, has been a part of Young’s family since 1881. As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time and be able to build rapport with our customers and our team to continue the success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shifts safely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
