Job description
Project Supervisor – Fixed Networks Team, M Group Telecom

Right across infrastructure, there is a requirement to not only maintain but also renew and reimagine. If you are at any stage of your career, you will have an opportunity to grow and develop with us.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, where you will support the surveying, designing, building and commissioning of new networks, and the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

Responsibilities
  • Lead site teams and keep projects on track, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Act as the link between ground teams and project managers, planning work, solving problems and keeping momentum.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, communicate with teams and stakeholders, and ensure work meets standards.
  • Keep accurate records, report progress and assist in training new starters.
  • Spot risks and resolve issues before they grow.
  • Use tablet or laptop to update systems and send reports.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience working with Openreach.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Full UK driving licence with no points.
  • Live within reach of Nottingham (or able to travel daily to Nottingham and Leicester).
  • Excellent organisational skills, calm under pressure and good interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence using digital tools for record‑keeping and reporting.
Electrical Site Supervisor – Derbyshire Area (Water & Wastewater)

Report directly to the MEICA Project Manager and supervise electrical site activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical works on construction, new installation and refurbishment projects.
  • Oversee site teams, ensuring compliance with WIMES standards.
  • Plan, monitor and report on all electrical site activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the required health and safety specifications.
Qualifications
  • Live in or near Nottingham, with a full UK driving licence.
  • Significant electrical site supervision experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
Production Supervisor (Plastics) – Hygiene Manufacturing

Looking for an experienced production or shift supervisor to lead our plastics manufacturing team.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.
  • Manage and motivate a team of operators, providing coaching and training.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report key metrics.
Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a production supervisory role.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Commercial Gas Supervisor – CBW Staffing Solutions

Oversee operations for a commercial gas customer, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct the work of field teams.
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate operative records and reports.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the facilities or energy sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and a client‑centric approach.
