Production & Scheduling Coordinator

This role is for a detail-oriented Production & Scheduling Coordinator to ensure our manufacturing operations are efficient and meet customer demands.

• Production Planning: Develop master production schedules based on work order specifications, ensuring all production activities are aligned with worker, machine, and material availability.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure all products meet quality standards and are delivered to customers on time.
• Customer & Sales Support: Act as the liaison with Customer Service to prioritize urgent or specific sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Cost Analysis & Optimization: Conduct cost analyses to identify the most efficient options for scheduling, inventory, production, and distribution, focusing on improving overall efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Output Reliability and On-time in-full (OTIF), and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
• Data Management: Work with the Prepress team to ensure all master data—including lead times, color, and ups information—is accurately maintained and updated.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in and lead projects aimed at improving process effectiveness and overall operational efficiency.
