• Experience in a multi-disciplinary framework is a bonus.
• Experience or knowledge of SMART and running group sessions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a caseload of 35-45 patients, delivering individual support.
• Deliver group sessions across the substance misuse service.
• Plan for prisoner discharge/release, ensuring ongoing care.

Skills
