Vous fournirez des solutions techniques aux sinistres et soutiendrez une équipe de géomètres et de gestionnaires de sinistres. Ce poste est basé à distance et implique des responsabilités de gestion de sinistres, communication efficace et négociation. Qualifications

  • Expérience en sinistres d'assurance ou en tant que géomètre diplômé.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et axé sur les objectifs.
  • Compétences informatiques requises avec une excellente communication écrite et verbale.

Responsibilities

  • Gérer les sinistres de subsidence vers leur règlement.
  • Communiquer avec clients, entrepreneurs, et assureurs par téléphone et par écrit.
  • Négocier des règlements de réparation avec les assurés.

Due growth an experienced Claims Technician is required to join a Subsidence Team where you will provide Technical Building claims Solutions and provide Technical Support to a team of Surveyors and a Claims Management Team.

Main duties and responsibilities will be to work as part of a remote working desk-based team to drive subsidence claims towards settlement and will include:

  • Communicating with customers, contractors and insurer clients over the telephone, email and in writing
  • Managing third party companies to achieve vegetation removal and drain repairs to mitigate the cause of subsidence damage
  • Updating and creating building repair scopes using in-house schedule of rates
  • Negotiating cash settlements for repairs with policyholders
  • Managing panel contractors, controlling repair schedules and costs
  • Settling claims under delegated authority
  • Previous subsidence/buildings insurance claims experience OR extensive trade experience (5+ years) OR be a graduate building surveyor
  • Demonstrate great communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high standard of customer service
  • Computer literate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target driven environment
  • Positive attitude and be a flexible, self-motivated team player
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess and resolve problems and find solutions

Salary & Benefits:
