Job description

The role will be integral in helping to maintain and drive art direction to the next level, supporting the studio team in delivering E-com imagery for Love & Roses - spanning a wide variety of product categories. Model and Still life. Please apply with a link or copy of your portfolio / website.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure E-com output is consistently of the highest quality whilst being current and on brand by adhering to brand guidelines and best practices to elevate styling and creative direction
  • Strong working knowledge of Capture One
  • Work closely with senior members of the shoot team and support on delivering current E-com concepts from set design to on set directing
  • Take ownership of deliverables and initiatives with acute attention to detail, with a keen eye of aesthetics whilst working smartly to keep to deadlines and processes
  • Create and edit e-com shoot contact sheets for Senior Art Directors to approve
  • Compile on brand and inspirational pose direction boards for all Lipsy Group own brands
  • Work closely with studio and set team to ensure all set and shoot plans are on track, keeping a close eye on the shoot calendar and set changes
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with in‑house and freelance photographers, videographers, models and other vendors
  • Together with the rest of the shoot team critically evaluate the creative process and work to improve and drive productivity, cost savings and optimisation at all times across Pre Production, Production and Post Production
  • Effectively communicate concepts and storyboards through presentations and briefings when requested
  • Efficiently help manage set design and prop direction in studio alongside other AD's for logistical and cost‑saving purposes
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, styling and social media, where relevant to Wholly Owned Brand Companies
  • Collaborate with various departments and functions including members of the shoot team, as well as business partners in marketing, design, PR and buying when needed
