Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent with Grade C (4) in English and Mathematics.
  • Office based work experience is preferred.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient service at Helpdesk and Reception.
  • Prepare documentation using various media formats.
  • Safely dispose of confidential materials.
  • Assist students and parents in accessing college systems.
  • Provide accurate information via email, telephone, and in person.
  • Handle incoming calls to the college switchboard.
  • Support college events such as Open Evenings and Enrolment Days.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to Directors.
