A leading educational institution in the UK seeks a Customer Service Administrator to support students at the Student Services Hub. The role involves welcoming students, ensuring access to information, and performing various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and a collaborative approach. As first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to our Student Services Hub, you will provide a warm welcome and support to help users access relevant services.
You will communicate and collaborate with all Student Services teams to triage student needs, provide initial information and signposting to ensure student needs are met. You will work especially closely with the Careers & World of Work team to provide initial course information for students and prospective students in person, via telephone and email.
You will enjoy a variety of administration tasks in a customer service environment, including booking appointments, responding to enquiries and working flexibly to prioritise support for students. You will be a confident IT user with attention to detail when recording data.
This role is based at Cambridge campus. There may be occasional need to travel to Huntingdon for training days or to support with open days and events.
