Job summary

aparto is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support resident experience, leasing, administration and community engagement across the property. You will be the first point of contact for residents and partners, handling enquiries across reception, phone and email with a friendly, professional approach.

The role also involves assisting with viewings, bookings and renewals, supporting events and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for students and visitors across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, student accommodation, residential, retail or another customer-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across reception, leasing, administration and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming and professional front-of-house experience for residents, prospective residents, parents and visitors.
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries, take ownership and escalate when needed.
• Respond to enquiries via reception, phone, email and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Support leasing journeys, conduct property tours and promote available accommodation.
• Assist with events, community activities and resident engagement.
