Job summary

Homes for Students is excited to welcome a Resident Services Assistant to Polhill Park. This 20-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday 2.00pm–6.00pm, delivering cheerful reception, helpdesk support, and day-to-day administration to keep student life running smoothly.

You will greet students and visitors, handle inquiries via email, phone and in person, and support open days, intake and departures. Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, plus a friendly, professional approach, are essential to

• Strong customer service experience is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming reception and help desk support.
• Handle inquiries via email, phone, website and in person.
• Assist with back-office admin duties for operations.
