A global healthcare company is seeking a STEM student for a 12-month manufacturing placement in Cramlington, UK. As a student within the Integrated Production Team (IPT), you’ll play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic manufacturing environment. Working closely with Production Coaches and the IPT Production Lead, you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical problem-solving, process improvement, and compliance with industry standards. This opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop core skills in communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll be involved in initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency, while learning how a high-performing production team operates within a regulated environment.
