Job summary

Homes for Students at King Square Studios is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to deliver a warm, efficient reception and help desk experience. You will support operations, assist with open days and departures, and help students, visitors, and external contacts daily.

The role requires excellent IT and communication skills, a proactive problem-solver attitude, and a commitment to high standards of customer care. Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills, always displaying a helpful attitude.
• Experience using Microsoft Office software.
• Quick and efficient learning ability.
• Present information accurately, professionally.
• Experience prioritising workload to meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Team player with a flexible approach.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet students and visitors with a cheerful, attentive reception.
• Provide reception support and help desk assistance.
• Provide admin support to operations team and General Manager.
• Support open days, intake days and departures, and day-to-day inquiries.
• Respond to student inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person.
