Homes for Students Ltd at Hollingbury House is seeking a Residence Services Assistant to deliver friendly reception, help desk support, and admin assistance across a busy, student-facing environment. You will welcome students and visitors, assist with inquiries, and support open days, intake days, and departures.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly meet-and-greet, reception, and help desk support.
Deliver back-office admin support to the operations team and GM.
Assist with open days, intake days, and departures and help students, visitors and external contacts.
Handle inquiries via email, website, telephone and in person with accurate information.
Resolve complaints and act as a role model for service excellence.
