Job description

We would like to hear from experienced Nottingham, Manchester or Leeds-based structural defect experts interested in joining our well-established, independent and growing firm of property professionals. This would suit civil engineer or structural engineers with an interest in specific structural defect inspections.

You will be carrying out structural defect analysis surveys and structural calculations across a wide range of residential projects, with opportunities to get involved in commercial property work if desired. Your role will include specific structural investigations of building defects such as subsidence, cracking, roofing and chimney defects, beam calculations and more.

If you are keen to work in the commercial field too, the role can be expanded to incorporate roof load assessments, mezzanine calculations and structural inspections of commercial buildings.
