Streetworks Administrator

Department: Severn Trent Water

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Brunel House, Derby

Compensation: £25,396 / year

Description

As a Streetworks Administrator, you will be responsible for the analysis of Streetworks charges and liaising with our client in accordance with Streetworks legislation and internal SLA’s. The TMA department are an integral section within the larger department and is a huge support function that works to protect the business from accepting liability for charges that we are not responsible for.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

  • Carry out thorough investigations into charges received by the client and reject fines in line with legislation.
  • Provide feedback to the client within agreed SLA’s.
  • Submit updates to permits within legislative timescales to avoid fines.
  • Communicate effectively to successfully articulate reasons for any rejected charges.
  • Approach workload with a flexible mindset and work well with the team to allow for fluctuations in specific tasks.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and Qualifications
