Job summary

FitPoint Talent seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led home care organisation. You will partner with UK Home Care teams, drive strategic initiatives, and own key business reviews and planning rhythms.

We are looking for leaders with 10+ years' experience across home care, consulting, or corporate operations, capable of turning data into actionable insights and guiding multi-site growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector would be highly valued.
• Experience as a senior executive within multi-site or multi-Business Unit scenarios is advantageous.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data translation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to scale and drive growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to refine existing processes and improve team effectiveness.
• Partner with HQ Planning and Sales Operations to run joint reviews and planning.
