Job summary

FitPoint Talent, representing a Home Care organisation, seeks a visionary Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team. You will partner with the Home care team in the UK to shape strategy, run critical business reviews, and establish how the organization operates with a robust metrics rhythm.

The role requires 10+ years in senior leadership across home care, professional services, or related sectors, with a track record of leading multi-site initiatives and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector (other backgrounds considered).
• Experience as a senior executive within a multi-site or multi Business Unit head-office team, in a highly entrepreneurial environment or in operating and supporting franchises would be highly valued.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
• Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.
• Ability to analyse complex data and synthesise into actionable business insights.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
