Job summary

FitPoint Talent is seeking a Strategy & Execution Director to join a mission-led team in the UK Home Care sector. You will partner with the Home Care team to shape strategy, run business reviews, and establish the operating rhythm with key metrics.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of senior leadership in home care or related fields, executive advisory experience, and a proven ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related sector.
• Senior executive experience within a multi-site or multi-BU head-office team.
• Strong track record in sales and operational management.
• Excellent strategic, operational, and financial acumen with data translation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and growth initiatives.
• Comfortable navigating change in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
• Experience working with executives in an advisor role and building teams.
• Ability to analyse complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with time-management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
