You will partner with the UK Home Care team to develop strategy, run business rhythm, and lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in leadership roles across home care, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Senior executive experience in multi-site or multi-Unit environments.
- Proven track record in sales and operational management.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with UK Home Care team to develop strategy and act as trusted advisor.
- Run the UK business rhythms: reviews, planning, metrics across operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth and scale programs.
- Refine processes and boost team effectiveness through data-driven actions.
- Collaborate with HQ Planning and Sales Operations on reviews and planning.
- Travel regularly as part of the role.
